The influx of foreign investment into Indonesia helps boost the country’s economy. In an effort to encourage foreign investment in the country, the Public Private People Partnership (PPPP) under the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenparekraf), in collaboration with the platform Izin.co.id, has launched a subsidiary called InvestinAsia.
InvestinAsia is a platform that provides legal management services for foreign investors looking to establish companies and businesses in Indonesia. The services offered by InvestinAsia cover legalities for various forms of businesses and companies, including Limited Liability Companies (PT), Foreign Direct Investment (PMA), Representative Offices of Foreign Companies (KPPA), virtual offices, and the management of various licenses such as BPOM licenses and franchise licenses.
Moreover, InvestinAsia also offers visa, KITAS, and KITAP management services for foreign nationals intending to visit or reside in Indonesia. InvestinAsia will primarily focus on two provinces that are attractive destinations for foreign investment: Jakarta and Bali. Additionally, InvestinAsia can assist domestic businesses in expanding their operations to neighboring countries like Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.

Since 2022, Izin.co.id has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the Public Private People Partnership (PPPP) with the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy/Indonesian Creative Economy Agency (Kemenparekraf/Baparekraf RI) to facilitate business licensing for Creative Economy MSME entrepreneurs in Indonesia.
“Hopefully, the presence of InvestinAsia, combined with Izin.co.id’s experience in business legal management, can act as a catalyst for foreign investment and contribute to the economic growth within the country,” expressed the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy, Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno.
Meanwhile, Christian Sugiono, the Chief Business Development Officer of Izin.co.id, added that InvestinAsia not only aids in business licensing and visa processing but also serves as an educational resource for foreigners interested in Indonesia.
“It is our hope that InvestinAsia can provide education on investment, tourism, and various other aspects for prospective investors and tourists from abroad. InvestinAsia will also provide accurate information on existing regulations,” stated Christian.
