Regulation No. 49 of 2025 defines \u201cHari\u201d as calendar days, while Article 13 states its examination period in working days.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Under Article 9(3), an articles amendment approved in meeting minutes that are not a notarial deed must be stated in a notarial deed within 30 calendar days of the shareholder resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Article 9(5) requires notification of director and commissioner changes within 30 calendar days of the change.<\/li>\n<li>Article 9(6) sets a separate 30-calendar-day filing period from the relevant notarial deed for other covered changes. Article 9(7) prevents submission after that period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Articles 13 and 14 allow up to 14 working days for examination and require the notary to complete notified document deficiencies within seven calendar days.
