In the payroll system, the main component included is the basic salary. Its amount varies depending on the position, job description, and agreement with the company. The salary payment process is done monthly, weekly, or daily according to the agreement between employees and the company.
In addition to the basic salary, payroll also includes payment of allowances such as incentives, performance bonuses, or meal and transportation allowances. Overtime pay is also included in the payroll component. If employees receive Holiday Allowance (THR) or annual bonuses, it will also be part of their payroll.
