- Passport: Provide both the original and a copy of your passport, valid for at least six months, with at least two blank pages.

- Visa Fee:
- US$ 50 for a single-entry visa
- US$ 110 for a multiple-entry visa Payments must be made in cash and are non-refundable. The visa will not be processed if payment is not received.
- Submission: Submit all requirements to the Indonesian Embassy in Bucharest and pay the telex fee of US$ 14.
If your application is approved, you will need to return to the Embassy to collect your visa with your passport, visa approval letter, and proof of residence or embarkation card.
Processing Time
The visa processing time is approximately 3 working days if the application is complete. If an interview is required, processing may take up to 14 working days. Visa services are available at the Indonesian Embassy in Bucharest from Monday to Thursday, 10:00-13:00 and 14:00-16:00, and on Friday from 10:00-13:00.
