Single Entry

Single Entry Visa (B211A)

Validity: Initial stay is 60 days since the visa holder arrives in Indonesia

Includes: (Sponsorship Fee, Visa fee, approval and e-Visa)

IDR 7,900,000

Requirements:

Copy of passport with minimum validity of 18 months
Flight ticket
Digital photograph passport size in red or white background
Personal bank account with minimum USD 2000 or equivalent

Processing time: 7-10 working days

After the e-Visa is issued, we will forward it your email and you can enter Indonesia accordingly. The e-Visa will be valid for 90 days for the you to enter Indonesia. Upon arrival the visa will be valid for 60 days.

You will be required to provide these documents upon arrival for border check and non-quarantine policy:

Questions to Settle Before Your Indonesia Trip

Start with the documents requested for your specific tourist visa category and application channel. The checklist below covers the supporting materials listed on this page; your embassy, consulate, or immigration application may ask for a different combination.

Application for a Visa in Indonesia. You must fill it out and sign it. The form is available at their offices as well as on the website of the Embassy or Consulate.
Your passport. From the time you enter Indonesia, it must be valid for at least another six months.
A copy of your passport.
If your home nation does not grant you citizenship: a copy of your current visa or residence permit.
A photo that complies with the standards, in passport size.
A duplicate of your round-trip or future ticket.
Bank statements are evidence of appropriate financial resources.
If you plan to visit friends or family in Indonesia, you must obtain a letter of invitation from them and a copy of their passport or identification card.
(If relevant) Letter of invitation from a company or institution you plan to visit there.
Evidence that you have paid the Indonesia visa cost.
Letter of Visa Authorization from the Indonesian Directorate General of Immigration is required for multiple-entry visas. You must get this obtained on your behalf by your sponsor in Indonesia.
If you plan to apply by mail, including a pre-paid, postage-paid, and stamped return envelope. After processing your visa, the Embassy or Consulate will utilize the envelope to return your passport and supporting paperwork.

Before submitting, check the photo format, passport validity, financial evidence, and any invitation or sponsorship requirements against the route you are using. Travel health insurance is worth considering even where it is not a mandatory application document.

Processing depends on the application route and where the application is reviewed. The source FAQ describes around 3–5 business days for some embassy or consular applications; the tourist visa package on this page separately lists an estimate of 7–10 working days. Build in extra time instead of booking around the shortest estimate.

Certain applications may need additional clearance, which can lengthen the process. Ask our team which timeline applies to your passport and intended travel dates.

Countries requiring additional Indonesian visa processing

Check the conditions attached to the visa you actually receive. The single-entry B211A package above describes an initial 60-day stay after arrival. Other short-visit arrangements, including Visa on Arrival, may have a 30-day initial stay and different extension rules.

A visa’s entry-validity window is not the same thing as the number of days you may remain after entering Indonesia. Keep both dates in view when planning your return or extension.

If you intend to enter Indonesia several times, discuss a multiple-entry category rather than assuming a single-entry tourist visa will cover repeated trips.

Tourist permission is intended for recreational travel and other activities permitted by the issued visa, such as:

A tourist visa should not be treated as permission for the following activities without the applicable separate authorization:

Receive your visa and check the entry window and permitted stay before travelling.

Extension options are tied to the visa category and the permission granted on arrival. Check whether your particular tourist or visit visa can be extended and start the request before your current stay expires. The source guidance on this page advises beginning at least seven days in advance.

Visa-free entry does not automatically carry an extension option. If your permission cannot be extended, plan to depart before the stay period ends. Overstaying can lead to immigration penalties.

Confirm that your issued visa is eligible for an extension.
Check the applicable immigration office or online process.
Prepare and submit the required extension materials.
Pay the applicable extension fee.
Monitor the application while it is being processed.
Verify the new permission and expiry date after approval.
