A trademark registration in Indonesia is valid for 10 years and can be renewed for additional 10-year periods.
You can check if a trademark has expired by searching the DGIP trademark database. The database can be searched by trademark name, registration number, or class of goods or services.
The trademark registration process involves preparing the application, filing it with the DGIP, paying the applicable fees, examination, publication, and registration if the application is approved. Third parties may submit oppositions during the applicable publication period.
